1. A network of our own maintenance plants

We have a network of approximately 8,000 maintenance plants for 4-wheel vehicles, 2-wheel vehicles and bicycles throughout Japan, and it is possible to support maintenance of a wide range of vehicle types in every area.

2. Establishment of a call center

A call center in which professional maintenance staff for automobiles and motorcycles are on standby is in place. It is possible to support inspection and maintenance and general repairs, of course, as well as to flexibly support sudden accidents.

3. Data center

A data center has been established in Shangdong, China to realize a high-efficiency vehicle/payment management system.

4. Computerized vehicle management

An advanced management setup is realized by our original vehicle/payment management system. Quick and appropriate instructions and decisions are possible.

5. Other approaches to cost reduction

We are building our own network in order to provide advanced solutions at low prices to our clients.

• A data center has been established in Shangdong, China in order to speed up data entry operations of our vehicle/payment management system.
• It is possible to provide high-quality maintenance parts at low prices by bulk sourcing from overseas.
  For example, motorcycle tires are provided at low cost by manufacturing in Taiwan/Thailand.
